Anyone can join us abroad to bring care and support to animals in need. Our supporters come from all walks of life, careers, ages and countries.

Worldwide Vets works globally to help animals who may otherwise suffer and go untreated. Every year, we strive to reach more and more animals that desperately require support, and this is where you come in. Join us to give something back to the world, use your passion to help animals, and discover beautiful new countries and cultures while doing it.You can get hands-on as part of your career break, studies, gap year or annual adventure holiday. A number of projects accept anyone, regardless of past experience, while others are reserved for veterinary and nursing students and graduates. We ask you to cover the fee for accommodation, food, and transfers, but not for your training. As a result, our projects can often be counted towards your vet school hours or training allowance.

Projects range from domestic vet clinics serving poverty-stricken communities in Asia, to wildlife vet teams on the front lines of conservation. In the developing world, you will gain ample experience and help diagnose, treat, and prevent a range of injuries and diseases that you may not encounter at home. With 14 years of experience running courses and projects alongside our charitable outreach work, we know what it takes to provide you with a life-changing experience alongside a fun and encouraging team, in beautiful locations, with all the safety nets, insurance, and cover you need when abroad. So, whether you dig dogs or love lions, welcome to our team!
