Help Horses Affected by the Devastating Fires in California
Wildfires sweeping across California have left countless horses in desperate need of help. Families and equine caretakers have been forced to flee their homes, often with little time to ensure their horses’ safety. Many horses are stranded, while others are being sheltered in temporary locations, relying on the generosity of those who have opened their facilities to provide refuge.
At Worldwide Vets, we are stepping up to provide critical support to these horses and their owners during this crisis. But we can't do it alone—we need your help.
In response to this we are taking the following emergency steps this week:
1) Supplying fuel to those evacuating horses from the danger zones.
2) Delivering feed and supplies to shelters, farms, and private individuals who are providing refuge for displaced horses.
